First Presbyterian Church of Clarksville, is a place where people can experience the love of Jesus, engage in life-giving community and service, and where everyone is welcome. WORSHIP WITH US
Parking
The parking lot at the corner of 3rd and Main St. is FREE for worship until 11:15, every second Sunday until 12:15, and for weddings, funerals, and other scheduled church events.
Arrival Time
People typically arrive 10-15 mins early to park, drop off their children at childcare, find their seat, and hear the prelude music. You may also come to Fellowship Hall early for coffee, snacks, and meeting new people.
Location
Enter through the big double doors at 213 Main St. Clarksville, TN 37040 or, if in need of an elevator, ask a greeter to accompany you through Fellowship Hall to the sanctuary.
Worship Time
Worship takes place on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. and typically lasts an hour with Children's Church available during the sermon.
Worship Style
Our worship style is traditional, but we aren't a bunch of stuffed shirts. We follow the reformed model for the order of worship, prayer, Scripture, preached word, music (led by organ and choir) and congregational response.
Teaching Style
You can expect sermons around 20 minutes long that are Scriptural, intelligent, and firmly rooted in Reformed theology.
